• Opt-in Blocklist Mode — Add BLOCKLISTS_OPT_IN=true so unset ENABLE_* switches default to disabled. Existing deployments remain unchanged when the flag is unset, and explicit per-feed choices always win. This provides a safer posture for installations behind shared infrastructure such as CDNs. Fixes #98.
