No changes to the app itself — v3 exists to make TAWC's build reproducible.
F-Droid rebuilds the v3 tag from source, checks the result against the APK
published here, and distributes that APK, signed with the developer's key
rather than F-Droid's. That means one signing key across both channels: you
will never have to uninstall TAWC — and lose your installed distros — to move
between the GitHub build and the F-Droid build.
To make that possible:
- Release APKs are now built inside F-Droid's own buildserver image, so an
independent rebuild of this tag is byte-for-byte identical. - The bundled asset archives (libhybris, Xwayland data, xkb) are packed
deterministically, with no build-machine paths, owners or timestamps.
