• bucket update command no longer attempts to update Scoop
• update command no longer discourages use
• cache commands not including non-package archive files
• cache commands not including all files by default due to regex error
• cache rm would by default remove all cache entries due to reused arguments from list
• fixed reverse alphabetical sorting in cache, bucket list and outdated commands
• updated cache list columns to align with new Scoop cache file names
• fixed cache list bug that would error when showing loose cache entries
• update rust version to 1.91
