The following changes have been made:
-Windows XP support continues (#2016), with chrome.dll rebased after issues with its previous memory base location, resulting in significant increases in memory usage
-Extension installation should work in all cases (#2030)
-QUIC support for Windows 7 and below continues (#2026)
I am considering the addition of further tab presets to handle things like the tab separators and new tab shapes.
