Some issues have been resolved in this release:
(#1613) - the download shelf should work again.
(#1621, #1623 and several others) - the issue preventing the browser from launching should now be resolved, for those with an English user interface. For those who have this issue with a non-English user interface, please launch via command prompt with switch --enable-logging, which should identify the name and path of the locale pack file that could not be loaded. Copy and rename the desired locale pack file to the name of the file that the browser attempted to load.
(#1591) - #double-click-to-close-tabs and #chrome-refresh-2023-top-chrome-font should now be fixed.
(#1607) - crashes that occur when trying to click on the user account avatar should now be resolved.
