Changes
-
Download Root Rules -- Route downloads to a different root folder based on the model's base model or tags, with ordered rules for LoRA, Checkpoint, Diffusion Model and Embedding downloads under Settings > Organization. The download dialog preselects the matched root and shows which rule matched.
-
Quantization Badge -- Model cards show each file's quantization level (e.g. Q4_K_M, FP8) next to the version name, so quantized files that share a version name can be told apart. Switch it off under Settings > Interface.
-
Model Type Quick Switch -- Switch a model page to a single model type (e.g. VAE or Text Encoder on the Other page) from the controls bar, without opening the filter panel.
-
Send to Workflow Target Filtering -- Control which ComfyUI nodes appear as send-to-workflow targets: exclude node types or title patterns in Settings, exclude an individual node from its right-click menu in ComfyUI, or exclude a node type from the target selector.
Bug Fixes
- With a large library, ComfyUI no longer freezes for about 10 seconds after every prompt before previews and saved-image notifications appear. (#1147)
- On Windows, workflows saved before this update keep their selected checkpoint or diffusion model instead of resetting to the first model or reporting it as missing. (#1149)
- On Windows, folder actions (scoped scan, create, rename, delete) now act on the folder they were given, and a model moved into a subfolder is filed under that folder instead of the library root.
- Refresh no longer lists reachable Windows model folders twice or reports them as inaccessible, the unused output/loras folder no longer appears as a missing root, and models deleted from disk are removed from the library again. (#1146)
- Dragging a model onto a folder in the sidebar now moves it into that folder instead of creating a nested copy of the destination path inside the model's current folder, and a refresh repairs folder entries that earlier versions recorded in the wrong place. (#1148)
- Downloading, renaming or auto-organizing a model no longer fails when the resulting path or file name is too long: the name is shortened to fit, and when no usable name fits the action says so instead of failing. (#1142)
- Folders moved or deleted with a file manager no longer leave a phantom sidebar entry after a full refresh, and a folder whose directory is already gone can be removed from the sidebar instead of failing with "Folder no longer exists". (#1145)
- Deleting or renaming a folder no longer fails with "A deletion is still pending inside this folder" after an earlier deletion in that folder has finished or been undone. (#1145)
- Hashing a multi-GB checkpoint file no longer makes the LoRA Manager UI stop responding until the hash finishes.
- Downloads of files with non-Latin names no longer save them as percent-escaped text such as %E7%8A%AC.
- Newly released base models that only CivitAI's latest list knows about are no longer silently dropped from "Skip downloads for base models" and download root rules.
- A CivArchive rate limit no longer blocks a download whose file can still be served from CivitAI, and a mirror in cooldown no longer shadows a ready one.
- A refresh of one folder or one drive no longer touches the other drives in the library, so a sleeping external disk no longer spins up and delays the scan.
- Models that CivArchive only knows as a mirror of another site's upload (e.g. ModelScope) are now linked to the real source and load its name, base model, tags, trigger words and example images, instead of being matched to an unrelated CivitAI model.
- Model, tag and recipe counts stay readable in large libraries: long numbers are shortened with the exact value on hover, and a long tag name no longer pushes the count out of its chip.
- Dragging model cards onto folders is easier: the compact drag preview keeps the folder tree visible, collapsed folders expand when hovered over during a drag, and the tree scrolls when you drag near its top or bottom edge.
- Toolbar action buttons no longer show an icon next to their label, easing crowding on the controls bar.
- The Re-link to CivitAI and Link to Model Source dialogs are more compact.
