🛠️ Fixes
- Cleared failed files stay cleared: Files you removed in the Retry Failed window no longer come back after restarting the app, whether you cleared all of them or only some.
- Resuming a download doesn't bring them back either: Continuing an interrupted download no longer adds the failed files you already cleared back into Retry Failed.
- Skipping 404 errors in the retry window now works reliably: Turning on "Skip 404s" strictly prevents those missing files from being re-attempted, even if they were already selected before you flipped the switch.
