Fixes

• Setup: a first install failed at Configuring the ReXGlue SDK with could not open 'msvcrtd.lib' on PCs without Visual Studio. Fixed - you don't need Visual Studio.
• Ranked: other players disappeared right after spawning. Fixed (all players need to update).
• Players to Start (MULTIPLAYER > OPTIONS and the Ranked / Player Match lobby): how many players a matchmade game waits for before it starts (2-12, the host's setting counts).
• Faster when flying high: about 10 % more fps from the air, about 20 % on 4-core CPUs, plus about 5 % more on 4-core CPUs in general.

Download SaintsReborn-Setup.exe below, run it, choose your Saints Reborn folder and press Update (or Install for a new install). If an earlier install stopped with the msvcrtd.lib error, just run the new Setup on the same folder.
