Setup fixes

• Fixed: unable to run program xz while unpacking the build tools on some Windows versions.
• Fixed: No space left on device when the game is on another drive than C:. The build tools now go into your Saints Reborn folder (build\toolchain), and the old copy in %LOCALAPPDATA%\SaintsReborn\tools is removed.
• The build tools take about 2 GB less space.
• Setup checks free space first and tells you if the drive is too full.

Download SaintsReborn-Setup.exe below, run it, choose your Saints Reborn folder and press Update (or Install for a new install). Everything from 1.2 (aspect ratio and resolution options, faster on 4-core CPUs, Quick Match for everyone) is included.
