Updates the bundled content-transcoder to the 2026-09-01 build.

Fixes

• content-transcoder: content-level rejections (source resolution above 1080p, transcoding disabled) now answer 415 with a plain-text reason instead of collapsing into a generic 500 failed to start transcoding. Player UIs can tell the user why a source will not play instead of showing "Something went wrong"; genuine internal failures still return 500.
• content-transcoder: fixed the resoulution typo in the session API.

Upgrade

No schema migrations, no configuration changes. docker pull ghcr.io/webtor-io/self-hosted:2.0.3.
