Make transform-non-invertible-no-transition.html fail reliably rather than flakily.
This adds a style flush to transform-non-invertible-no-transition.html
so that it fails reliably rather than flakily when the bug it is testing
for is present.
With this change, the failure expectation remains in
third_party/blink/web_tests/external/wpt/css/css-transforms/animation/transform-non-invertible-no-transition-expected.txt
which is unmodified.
