IDB: be sure to push GetAll results before committing transaction.
IDBDatabaseGetAllResultSink needs to be associated with the existing
connection's Mojo pipe. On top of that, we can't rely on the
endpoint's disconnection for signaling done-ness.
A WPT is added which serves as a regression test.
