- no hardcoded instance URLs anymore

- Anna's Archive: solver fixed (was dead code), honest 403 handling
- WeLib: new provider (Cloudflare solver + capture cache)
- book-detail routing via the mirror catalogue, no host list
Fixes
- bare 403 no longer misread as a DDoS challenge
- classified errors keep their type + blocked URL (solver reachable again)
- solved challenge pages reused from cache (no re-solving)
- saved libgen links never probe down/disabled hosts
