Fixed practice mode custom music playback on forest and mountain.
Fixed an issue with xbox360 version that could cause a non free play rom to be installed in certain conditions.
Fixed an ordering issue that rendered the map in multiplayer under the 3d scene.
Added invert force feedback toggle for affected setups in wheel options.
Added 4:3 full display option - Full screen 4:3 ratio in video options.
Added shadow toggle to video options - allows you to toggle between new transparent and original shadow style.
Added additional gear shifting options accessible in the options menu.
A) Sequential - What we have now. Great for paddle shifter and controller and a more casual playstyle.
B) Direct - Map a gear to button, direct shifting no neutral. For those that don't want to hold a button to keep it in gear.
C) Direct Held - Same as above but as soon as a button is released, gearbox reverts to neutral.
