• jq compatibility: Using - as input filename reads from stdin. Previously leaving out any filename argument would be the only way to read from stdin. #1344

• Add gaps for struct/array bitbufs and skip adding single empty gap. #1289
• Faster format options handling during decode. Will speed up decoding of formats that might use lots of sub-formats, for example big mp4 files. #1352 #1353
