The C compiler for Optimist's builder item COMPILER (pi32v2-llvm, the default; JieLi's clang 4 stays selectable): python tools/optimist.py setup downloads this archive into ~/.jieli/pi32v2-llvm and checks its SHA-256 (tools/toolchain.py LLVM_URL, LLVM_SHA256).
What it is: Julius Vitkauskas's LLVM with a pi32v2 target, as his drop-in for JieLi's Linux toolchain (the same layout and tool names: pi32v2/bin/clang, ld, common/bin/objdump, ...; a Python 3.11 wrapper), Linux x86-64, statically linked. On macOS and Windows the tools run in Optimist's toolchain image.
