Initial release of simple-nvidia-undervolt — a Windows command-line tool for overclocking or undervolting NVIDIA GeForce GPUs (GTX 10 through RTX 50 series) without MSI Afterburner. It talks to the driver directly via NVAPI, with no background process: set a voltage cap and the clock to hold there, and the tool flattens the V/F curve for you.
