Three new harnesses (Cline, Roo Code, OpenClaw — fifteen total), note tags with conflict surfacing, and a search-quality pass measured end to end: LongMemEval-S hit@1 84.9% / hit@5 94.3%, LoCoMo hit@1 69.8% / hit@5 85.6%, with the official evidence-recall published alongside. Agent startup no longer pays for indexing: session-start dropped from ~10s worst case to ~0.2s. Sessions are now findable by when they happened — deja "what did we do in may" works, and so does "a week ago".
