Pretty large changes so decided to call it version 2.0

1. Use outside sources to massively improve anime detection - please check your config for a new option to enable these features (this also comes with a new job in the scheduler).
2. Further improve anime detection by comparing the title to more synonyms (thanks Pecomare for this).
3. Fixed null error when anime could not be found.
4. Fixed anime movies not being correctly processed.
5. Fixed issues with servers using a non-default base URL.
