Feeds and post searches work again with a Reddit cookie.

🛠️ Fixes

• Feeds and search with a Reddit cookie. Every feed and post search failed with "Feed unavailable" or "search failed, try again later" when using a Reddit cookie, because Reddit now blocks its JSON feeds and search for cookie sessions on old.reddit.com as well as www.reddit.com. reddont now reads the order of posts from old reddit's feed and search pages and loads the posts from Reddit's /api/info.json. A feed page takes two requests to Reddit instead of one, and a search three. #69

• Logs. A feed or search page that holds no listing logs Reddit sent a feed page without a listing (or search). #69
• Coverage. JavaScript line coverage is 98.04%, with all 343 tests passing and none skipped. #70
