Link posts without a thumbnail get a round placeholder on desktop, like self posts and old reddit.

🛠️ Fixes

• Round link placeholders. On desktop, a link post without a thumbnail showed its link icon on a grey rectangle. It now shows a grey circle with a link icon, the same size as the self-post placeholder, as old reddit does. Phones are unchanged. #66

• Coverage. JavaScript line coverage is 97.97%, with all 331 tests passing and none skipped. #66

⚠️ Before you upgrade

• Update the image to ghcr.io/voc0der/reddont:0.1.7, or follow :latest. No configuration or database changes are needed.
