BKPR v1.6.0-rc2

• Add v1.15 and v1.16 support for the three cloud providers:
  AKS, EKS, GKE (#814)
• Fix oauth ingresses for Safari (#819,#821)
• Use bitnami-labs/kube-libsonnet via jsonnet-bundler
  instead of embedding own copy (#787)
• images updates for grafana, prometheus, external-dns

Installation
