The hard fork will include the following updates:
New feature: Zero-fee stablecoin exchange in market

Note: make sure to expand the maximum number of open files to 10240 or above on the node.

1. First stop your node.
2. Run

sudo vim /etc/security/limits.conf

1. Add the following content into the file, save and quit.
   root soft nofile 10240
root hard nofile 10240
2. Verify the new settings is applied

ulimit -n

1. Reboot the full node.
