Notable changes since v2.45.3:

• [ ] Alternative page mode can be enabled in MV3 Chromiums to provide a real document-start timing for userscripts but it's disabled by default as not everyone needs it and more importantly the current implementation is inefficient so it's only good when all the injected scripts for a given webpage are smaller than 1MB.
• The Values tab in the editor will be shown only if the script has a @grant for value storage.
