Notable changes

• implemented GM_addElement and GM.addElement (#1336)

• DOM event of the click/hotkey in the popup is available in GM_registerMenuCommand function (#1340)

• window.focus() will unminimize and focus the tab's window

• GM_xmlhttpRequest in Firefox is much faster with huge files.
  Now there's only one case we can't speed up: huge files is Chrome's incognito window.

• dependencies (@require and @resource) are shown right inside the installer (#1327)
