Route based config feature
RT Vehicle location is not always offered by transport providers, a lot less than RT departure information
The new features uses the route (from the stops) to create a route and estimate the location based on the RT departure.
The feature is always active when a RT trip update config is setup, it produces:
In www/gtfs2:
- json with vehicle location in the format [configured-route]_[direction]_estimated.json
- json with route/stops in the format [configured-route]_{direction]_route.json
The vehicle location can be used with geojson integration (see wiki)
