NEW Test structure:
In support of quality and (hopefully) faster PR acceptance, tests have been added for provider-based tests (thanks @Pulpyyyy) and synthetic test (me). These will be developed further in next releases.

- direction_id in use with real-time data for route-based config was not fails safe, improved
Further improvements may apply when the tests structure for local_stops has been built and applied - translations were missing for some of the 'keys', thanks @Pulpyyyy
