Changes

• Beszel Hub now supports Home Assistant Ingress. The Hub appears in the sidebar and its UI needs no open port.
• Port 8090 still available. Agents connect to the Hub on it, and it remains available for direct access and reverse proxies. Ingress covers the browser UI only.
• Set app_url if you use Ingress. The "add system" dialog builds Agent install commands from it, falling back to your browser's address, which through Ingress is the Home Assistant address, not the Hub's. Set it to e.g. http://<ha-host>:8090.
• Add-ons are now called "apps" throughout the docs, scripts and log messages.
• Removed beszel_agent_dev and beszel_hub_dev.
