If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 9.2.1054: Virtual Replace mode: BS over multi-byte text eats the padding
• 9.2.1053: libvterm: characters can get a different width in a terminal window
• 9.2.1052: filetype: evcxr history files are not recognized
• 9.2.1051: getdigits() overflow behaviour is not portable
• 9.2.1050: tests: test_suspend() fails on Solaris
