If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 9.1.1404: wrong link to Chapter 2 in new-tutor
• runtime(vim): Update base-syntax, fix missing luaParenError error
• 9.1.1403: expansion of 'tabpanelopt' value adds wrong values
• 9.1.1402: multi-byte mappings not properly stored in session file
• runtime(syntax-tests): rename kornshell syntax tests and regenerate 00 dumps
