Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• Maintainers: Add maintainer for ondir ftplugin + syntax files
• runtime(netrw): removing trailing slash when copying files in same directory
• 9.1.0645: regex: wrong match when searching multi-byte char case-insensitive
• runtime(html): update syntax script to sync by 250 minlines by default
• 9.1.0644: Unnecessary STRLEN() when applying mapping
• runtime(zip): Opening a remote zipfile don't work
• runtime(cuda): source c and cpp ftplugins
