Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 9.1.0613: tests: termdebug test may fail and leave file around
• runtime(vim): Update base-syntax, improve :set highlighting
• runtime(java): Optionally highlight the :: token for method references
• 9.1.0612: filetype: deno.lock file not recognized
• runtime(zip): Use delete() for deleting directory
