If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).
Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.
Changes:
- 9.0.1632: not all cabal config files are recognized
- 9.0.1631: passing wrong variable type to option gives multiple errors
- 9.0.1630: "make clean" at the toplevel fails
- 9.0.1629: having utf16idx() rounding up is inconvenient
- 9.0.1628: syntax tests fail on FreeBSD
