If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).
Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.
Changes:
- 9.0.0014: missing part of the test override change
- 9.0.0013: reproducing memory access errors can be difficult
- 9.0.0012: signature files not detected properly
- 9.0.0011: reading beyond the end of the line with put command
- 9.0.0010: returning 0 for has('patch-9.0.0') is inconsistent
