If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).
Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.
Changes:
- 8.2.4647: "source" can read past end of copied line
- 8.2.4646: using buffer line after it has been freed
- 8.2.4645: 'shortmess' changed when session does not store options
- 8.2.4644: redrawing too often when 'relativenumber' is set
