Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.4050: Vim9: need to prefix every item in an autoload script
• 8.2.4049: Vim9: reading before the start of the line with "$"
• 8.2.4048: gcc complains about use of "%p" in printf
• 8.2.4047: depending on the build features error messages are unused
• Update runtime files
