If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3908: cannot use a script-local function for 'foldtext'
• 8.2.3907: error messages are spread out
• 8.2.3906: Vim9 help still contains "under development" warnings
• 8.2.3905: Dockerfile using prefix name not recognized
