If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3499: GUI geometry startup test fails
• 8.2.3498: recover test may fail on some systems
• 8.2.3497: put test fails when run by itself
• 8.2.3496: crypt test fails if xxd was not installed yet
• 8.2.3495: GUI geometry startup test fails on some systems
• 8.2.3494: illegal memory access in utf_head_off
