Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3463: pattern matching with ModeChanged not tested
• 8.2.3462: ModeChanged only uses one character for new_mode and old_mode
• 8.2.3461: cannot distinguish Normal and Terminal-Normal mode
• 8.2.3460: some type casts are not needed
