If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3322: Vim9: checking type of dict does not check member type
• 8.2.3321: some code is not tested
• 8.2.3320: some local functions are not static
• 8.2.3319: Coverity action on github does not work
