If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3281: Vim9: TODO items in tests can be taken care of
• 8.2.3280: 'virtualedit' local to buffer is not the best solution
