Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3253: channel test fails randomly
• 8.2.3252: duplicated code for adding buffer lines
• 8.2.3251: listing builtin_gui as an available terminal is confusing
• 8.2.3250: MS-Windows: cannot build with libsodium
