Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.2831: Vim9: expandcmd() not tested
• 8.2.2830: terminal colors are not updated when 'background' is set
• 8.2.2829: some comments are not correct or clear
• 8.2.2828: Coverity complains about not checking rename() return value
• 8.2.2827: test file was not deleted
• 8.2.2826: compiler warnings for int to size_t conversion
