If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.2811: Vim9: error for missing white space doesn't say where
• 8.2.2810: Vim9: crash when calling a function in a substitute expression
• 8.2.2809: Vim9: :def function compilation fails when using :legacy
