• -sweep-ports open|all compares every port of one address instead of keeping
  the first that answers - the same IP can land on FRA on 4500 and ARN on 2408,
  at half the ping (#15)
• -ping-target aims the in-tunnel ping somewhere other than 1.1.1.1; it takes
  a hostname too, resolved inside the tunnel
• a live view that fails to start no longer aborts the command: warpscout falls
  back to plain output and finishes the scan (#16)
• a phase that fails now quits the live view instead of leaving it spinning
