Android has no /etc/resolv.conf, the only file Go's own resolver reads, so
every lookup failed with connection refused and register had nothing left
to try - not the direct API call, not the relay, not the tunnel fallback.
warpscout now reads Termux's own resolv.conf, falling back to 8.8.8.8.
