Patch Changes

• 8136e50: Retry session stream opens and reconnects when Safari, iOS browsers, or Firefox reject fetch() with TypeError: Load failed or TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource., matching the existing Chrome and Node behavior.
• 69888f1: Compaction now estimates tokens from UTF-8 bytes instead of string length, so Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other non-Latin text no longer counts at a fraction of its real cost. A large tool result in those scripts now triggers compaction before the request overflows the context window.
• 4b880a5: The packaged docs now include a Code Extension page for eve/extensions/code, with its latest eve-code benchmark results inlined as Markdown tables so agents reading node_modules/eve/docs see the numbers.
• 983c375: Answering some of several pending ctx.ask() or subagent questions now parks the open turn again with turn.waiting, as a partial answer to tool approvals already does, so clients waiting for the next rest point stop reading instead of hanging until the last answer.
• f234b51: Staged attachments are now checked against their content address before each model call. If code in the sandbox overwrote a staged file, the model gets a FileNotFound note instead of the replaced bytes posing as the original upload.
• 0c0c1e5: A step interrupted by a steering message now ends with step.completed (finishReason: "other", with any usage the provider reported) before the next step starts, instead of leaving its step.started open.
• 3b1fe5c: Record gen_ai.execute_tool.duration on execute_tool spans, as @ai-sdk/otel does. Instrumentation providers also receive the tool's run time as durationMs on tool.call.completed.
• 2c3b781: useEveAgent no longer aborts an in-flight turn when React replays its effects during Fast Refresh or Strict Mode. Unmounting still stops the local stream.
