Ubuntu's default .bash_logout ran clear_console on exit, which wrote TERM environment variable not set. to stderr and, under set -e, turned a successful exit 0 into exit 1 on Vercel Sandbox. sudo no longer warns about unresolvable sandbox hostnames, $HOME/.local/bin exists on PATH for user-scoped installs, and Node is root-owned on every architecture.
• f9b760a: Ignore unrelated ancestor agents/ directories when resolving standalone projects so local CLI commands do not misclassify neighboring repositories as agent workspaces.
• 3cccd71: Preserve inherited channel audience metadata when local subagents persist adapter state. Public parent traces now continue capturing local child inputs and outputs while destination-specific redaction remains independent.
• 29b9056: Run approved background tool calls even when the AI SDK skips its input callback during resume.
