- Library builds reuse more validated work. Unchanged frontends, comment-only edits, lowered IR, and emitted C or LLVM translation units can be restored from the persistent cache while semantic, configuration, package-resolution, toolchain, and source-annotation changes still invalidate safely; volatile library identity is refreshed independently.
- Reachable library code is lowered once. Module assembly reuses retained lowering output without re-lowering function bodies, preserving reached-only artifact filtering, coverage remainder behavior, and output ordering while reducing repeated compiler work.
- Same-shape record spreads emit smaller code. Reusable clone helpers and outlined large-record copies reduce generated C and LLVM code while preserving ownership, integer proofs, and runtime behavior.
