• Stable tiny verdict column alignment — Replaced the ambiguous-width ⚠️ emoji with the fixed-width visual marker 🟥 for Unstable verdicts. This prevents the first ❔ verdict indicator column from shifting in terminals that render warning-sign emoji differently.
